This Policy explains how S.R.L. „IMPERIAL DENT” (Imperial Dent dental clinic, imperialdent.md) collects, uses and protects the personal data of patients and visitors, in accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova and the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
- Identification and contact data you provide via the form or by phone: name, phone, e-mail and your message.
- Health data (special category): information about your dental/medical condition shared during booking or consultation, necessary to provide dental services.
- Technical data collected automatically through cookies and statistics tools (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Booking and providing dental services (contract performance and, for health data, explicit consent and healthcare purposes).
- Statistics, marketing and website improvement (consent via the cookie banner).
- Communicating with you (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps).
- Compliance with legal obligations, including medical records.
4. Confidentiality of medical data
Health data is treated with enhanced confidentiality, is accessible only to staff involved in providing care, and is not disclosed to third parties without a legal basis or your consent.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (no consent) and statistics/marketing cookies via Google Tag Manager and Facebook, activated only after consent; until then they are blocked.
6. Disclosure and transfer of data
We do not sell your data. It may be accessed by providers who support us (e.g. Google, Meta/Facebook, as processors) and by authorities when required by law. Some providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova, with the safeguards provided by law.
7. Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal terms (including medical records), then anonymized or deleted.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to contact@imperialdent.md.
