INTERVIEW

What does femininity mean to you? For me, femininity means a balance between gentleness and strength, care and courage, with intuition leading the way.

In your opinion, what constitutes a woman’s strength? A woman’s strength lies in her ability to transform: emotions into action, challenges into solutions, and relationships into trust. I believe true strength resides in the harmony between logic and intuition. Logic grants clarity, while intuition provides direction. Together, they make a woman a genuine leader.

What moment do you consider decisive in your life? The decisive moment came when I faced trials that seemed beyond my strength. What helped me move forward was the conviction that I was not alone, the support of those close to me, and the inner resilience that only hardships can bring to light. It was then that I learned balance is not the absence of storms, but the strength to remain standing even as they pass through you.

As someone who has navigated difficult challenges, what helps you manage emotions and panic during complicated situations? When confronted with difficult moments, I lean on my roots: the values I believe in, the people standing by me, and the certainty that every trial carries a hidden meaning. I strive to look at panic with gentleness, to breathe, and to allow myself to experience emotions without letting them overwhelm me. I find peace in simple personal rituals: a walk in nature, a few minutes of deep breathing, or simply writing down thoughts on paper. Hope and faith that there is always a path forward keep me optimistic.

In your view, how important is it today for a woman to have her own income? Today, having one’s own income means far more than just financial independence; it is the freedom to pursue dreams, to make choices, and to feel confident in one’s decisions. It is a form of empowerment and responsibility that enables a woman to contribute to the community, support the team around her, and forge her own path.

With rich experience in business and management, what rules do you consider essential to succeed? I believe success and resilience are built upon several core principles:

  • Integrity in everything you do;

  • Perseverance, even when the journey seems demanding;

  • The courage to learn from mistakes. Succeeding does not mean avoiding failure, but continuing forward with determination.

What place do rituals and traditions hold in your life? Rituals are anchors for me. Daily self-care habits are not merely about appearance, but moments of quiet and inner connection. Family traditions hold a special place—they tie me to my roots and values, constantly reminding me of who I am and where I come from.

BLITZ

  • The word that best captures my current state of mind: Gratitude.

  • The song that represents me: “We Are the Champions” – Queen.

  • The scent that evokes my warmest memories: The aroma of warm bread baking in the oven.

  • To feel attractive, all I need is: Styled hair, a fine perfume, and a confident smile.

MESSAGE FOR WOMEN

If you could offer a single piece of advice to every woman, what would it be? I would want every woman to remember how deeply valuable she is. To listen to her heart, even when the world seems to tell her otherwise, and to follow her dreams with small yet determined steps. To be patient with herself, to accept mistakes as lessons, and to believe that her strength stems from authenticity, the courage to be herself, and the love she brings into the world.
